18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

ChatDancer is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content displayed on this platform. All video chat content is generated in real-time by users and is not recorded, stored, or maintained by ChatDancer.

ChatDancer facilitates live, person-to-person video communication between consenting adults. We do not create, produce, edit, or distribute any recorded visual content.

Copyright Infringement Claims

ChatDancer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on ChatDancer infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we can locate it
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus

Repeat Infringers

ChatDancer maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track infringement notices and will disable access for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your rights, you should consult an attorney before filing a notice.
